How to use our company

1 Reservation

First, you need to make a reservation. Please fill out the reservation form. 

2 Payment

We will send a payment link to your email address, so please pay with your credit card. Cancellations on the day cannot be refunded. 

3 Luggage storage (Delivery from New Chitose Airport to the hotel)

Our staff will be waiting for you at the New Chitose Airport arrival lobby. Your luggage will be delivered to the hotel front desk.

3 Luggage storage(Delivery from the hotel to New Chitose Airport)

Please leave your luggage at the hotel reception when you check out. At that time, please let the front desk know that we will come to pick up your luggage. After you check out, we will go to the hotel to pick up your luggage. We will deliver your luggage to the departure lobby of New Chitose Airport near the airline counters.

4 The fee is $30 per bag. (Additional charges apply for Jouzankei and Otaru)
